For a made-to-order card, include as much description as possible including colours. We will make the card to your design and then email you a picture of the card. You then send payment, and upon receipt of which we will send you the card by post.

We can even send the card to a different address of your choice with your message. Please contact us today. All made-to-order cards cost £5.oo + £1.00 postage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HANDMADE CARDS

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and SeunOla (Hearafter refered to as "we") for the sale and purchase of the ordered items. The terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please print and return a copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your email confirmation.

Card Sizes The card Sizes referred to throughout the website, correspond to the folded sizes of the cards.The dimensions are as follows:
A5 - 148mm(w) x 210mm (h)
A6 - 105mm (W) X 148mm (h)

Cancellation Policy
We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and subject to the provisions of our return policy outlined below,every customer has the right to cancel their order personalised or made to your specification.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your cards then return them within 14 days in pristine condition and we will refund your money.

Delivery
Please allow 14 working days for delivery in the UK and European Union. Overseas delivery may take up to 28 working days. We cannot be held liable for any late delivery or failure to deliver, save where we are directly negligent.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.Additional charges for customs clearance m ust be bourne by the recipient.We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you may want to contact you local customs office for further information.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Notification of Changes
We reserve the rights to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the website.This means that the cards you receive may vary slightly from those displayed.Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without prior notice.

Import & Local Taxes
Customers are responsible for the payment of all import and other local taxes applicable in respect of any item(s) purchased from SeunOla.

Refunds & Exchanges
Every item in our range is backed by a comprehensive no nonsense guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods for a refund.

If the goods have been despatched as ordered, but are unwanted they can be returned to us for a refund or exchange, however only the cost of the goods will be refund. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.

If the wrong item has been despatched , please return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchanged. Any postage charges incurred will be refunded.

You can cancel your order at any time, provided the order has not been despatched, please email us for more information. If the order has been despatched please return for a full refund upon receipt of goods.

Please note that we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and we therefore suggest a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. All returns should be sent to the following address:
