If you have a document that needs to be typed up an order may be placed online and file sent to services@seunola27.co.uk

If you place an order online and a file is uploaded we will review it and type it up to your chosen format immediately if possible. If we are not able to because, for example, we require extra software or the format is one we cannot provide we will contact you. Please give any instructions in the email sent to us.

If a file is not uploaded we will contact you with details on sending a hardcopy or media to us or fax us on +44 (0)20 8695 1110. As soon as we receive the hardcopy or media we will type up the document. If you have a deadline please make it realistic enough for us to meet ie. not a 24 hour deadline for a document over 50000 words. We will try meeting the deadline to the best of our abilities. As a guideline, a 50000 words document may be typed up within 72 hours.

Regarding payment, if this is made beforehand through the order form, we will type up the document and total a word count. If there is a difference in word counts you will be invoiced for the extra amount or, if a payment is made in excess, we will refund the appropriate amount. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund payments for any other means. The document will be sent back to you via email or by post on CD. None of the information in documents is disclosed to anyone outside of SeunOla. Work is carried out in the strictest confidence.
